Blue Crush Concierge is the first Tofino property management company offering a sliding scale depending upon owners involvement, ranging from 20%-30% commission. Our boutique team of in house trained and managed cleaners will prioritise your rental and accept unlimited back to backs. We are stoked to donate 2% every quarter to a Tofino or Ucluelet based non profit and support eco tourism choices like composting, bamboo toilet paper and biodegradable cleaning products and locally made amenities.

Family owned and operated, Foggy Bean Coffee Co. keeps things simple with a small coffee bar and roastery crew who shares the same passion for delicious coffee that we do. Located in the rainforests of Ucluelet on Vancouver Island, we serve our community with the highest quality sourced beans available. Out of the many amazing coffee companies we have chosen to provide Foggy Bean for their complimentary drop off and common sustainable morals refilling and reusing buckets.
The Den
The Den is sustainable goods shop and refill store located in the coastal community of Ucluelet, BC and on the traditional territory of the Yuułuʔiłʔatḥ. The Den's purpose is to provide sustainable products to local and global visitors of the Pacific Rim that aim to reduce single use plastics.
The Hobbyist
Holistic home and body goods that are sustainably designed and produced by the sea. Create an inviting Tofino experience in every room with handcrafted scents. Bath and body essentials, hair care, candles, room enhancers and more are powered by plants and enriched with pure coastal blends of essential oils.

We are so passionate about this! We charge a system service fee on reservations taken from our direct website to the guest booking; we got this idea from other leading online booking sites. We ensure to keep the charges lower for ethical reasons. Our business goal is to donate 1% of all direct bookings in 2022; 2% in 2023 and 3% by 2024. Have a vacation rental in Tofino or Ucluelet and want to list your space on our website? You don’t need to be managed by us! It’s your home - as much as you want! It does take some planning ahead if you want to block off dates in a popular booking season, such as summer or holiday weekends. Peak season (June- September) is when you will see the largest return on your investment. We recommend owners to book in the slower seasons but ultimately, it’s your time.

It depends on how involved you want to be and what commission amount you want us to use; starting at 20% commission, you supply all linens and consumables (toilet paper, coffee, salt and pepper etc) but we order and re-stock for you and place it on your invoice. We will also provide you with a detailed start up list of linens + amenities that you will need to get started, where to purchase (with discounts!) with an emphasis on local + recycled, such as bamboo toilet paper or hand soap from Tofino Hobbyist.

Blue Crush has a dedicated staff of full time cleaners in house - not sub contracted out. This allows us first hand management in your home; we will be there upon check out and look for damage or a random item missing. After each clean, the house is quality checked and prepped for guest check in. One of the ways we are able to cut the old Tofino standard property management commission of 30% down to 20% is by washing all your linens on site. No more employing someone to drive around town, collecting linens, washing off site then dropping them off. We are focussing on less emissions and more profit for you!

Our team maintains a list of local qualified contractors (gutters, window cleaning, general maintenance, plumbing, electrical, hot tub servicing etc), and are able to arrange most jobs on your behalf. Due to being on the coast, some work or replacements do take some time so we work hard on ensuring your house is set up for success and has back up supplies (think broken wine glasses, spare hot tub filter) on site, ready to go.

Blue Crush collects and remits the PST, MRDT and GST on your behalf, so you don’t have to. From our system service fee, we directly donate 2% to a local Charity.
