Concierge Cleaner
DETAILS
Hiring for part time or full time. The ideal Crusher has a great work ethic, is a team player and has a positive attitude. You are self motivated and a problem solver. Duties include cleaning vacation rentals, offices and residential homes, RVs, car detailing, boats / barges, move-out cleans/renovations and private events spaces. Must be mobile - car or bike work!

QUALIFICATIONS
We are happy to train if you think it's a good fit though if you have vacation rental cleaning experience, we are stoked! The physical demands of cleaning require cleaners to be in good physical condition. Outstanding attention to detail & communication skills is required. You will need a smart phone with data to receive our schedule. Must be able to work well independently. We have a 6 month minimum requirement.
HOUSING
Housing is available for full time employees at a discounted rate. There is a variety of housing options available; please ask what may be open when you apply.
PAY
Starting at $22-25 based on experience. Performance reviews after 6 months.

Administration Role
Join Our Team!
We are excited to announce an opening for a Part-Time Administration Position. As a key player in our operations, you will support the smooth day-to-day running of Blue Crush Concierge. This role is all about keeping our operations organized, efficient, and fun! If you’re a strong communicator who can juggle multiple tasks with a positive attitude, we want you on our team!
What Will You Be Doing?
- Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager and field team, ensuring tasks are executed seamlessly.
- Maintain and organize property records, keeping documentation and listings up-to-date as well as updating on the listing channels as necessary.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Assist with scheduling housekeeping, owner statements, invoicing, website maintaining and listing management.
- Facilitate internal communication between departments to support operational needs.
- Prepare and distribute daily operations reports, including property statuses.
- Embrace teamwork—every day will bring new challenges and opportunities to support the team!
Our Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a hospitality or operations setting is preferred. If you are familiar with AirBnb, VRBO, Booking.com is an asset.
- Owns a laptop and smartphone; a work laptop can be provided if needed.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Gmail, and familiar with Word and Excel. Bonus if you have experience in a PMS system (property management system)
- A positive and proactive attitude with a knack for problem-solving.
- Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and guests.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Knowledge of Tofino and the surrounding area is a bonus, but not required.

Work Days + Compensation
This position offers approximately 30 hours a week, with the potential for full-time if you're open to assisting with cleaning as needed. The admin role must cover weekends (Saturday and Sunday), but other days are flexible—think Thursday to Sunday from 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM as an example.

Supervisor
DETAILS
Blue Crush Concierge is seeking another solid Housekeeping Supervisor Superstar to join our dream team!
The HS will oversee the work of all staff (team of 6-12) and ensure that our client’s properties (vacation rentals, residential, offices etc.) are cleaned to the highest standards. In addition to cleaning, the HS will be responsible for performing quality checks, training new employees, administration/social media work, communicating with and directing employees throughout their shift and reporting to the manager/clients. This is a hands-on job. The position will have a mix of cleaning days and manager days.
What we offer:
Full-time position.
Pay rate of $25 and a raise and bonus each year. Open to salary after training period.

QUALIFICATIONS
To be a rockstar at this:
Must have excellent time management and problem solving skills.
Be a team leader.

Must be organized and able to work under the pressure of a deadline, communicate clearly.
Physically capable of performing some heavy lifting(no more than 50 pounds), 8 hour days.
Have a full license, phone and laptop

One year contract (or longer)
Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
