I fell into the world of property management when my cleaning company, Blue Crush Cleaners (aptly named after the iconic surfer girl film) began to transition to giving my owners a more in depth hospitality experience. I absolutely love this industry and the impact I can help make on traveller and local home owner experiences is unmatched. I have lived in Tofino for over 10 years and know this rugged, wild West Coast like the back of my hand. I take great pride in giving back to the local community through my 2% Charitable Donation from every booking.

Our Managers
On the operational management team we have Jessi, joining the Blue Crew in May 2024. She has been a Tofino local since 2022 and lived the dream being a surf instructor and catching waves. Looking to develop her management skills, she took a leap of faith and joined us. In her spare time, she surfs, cuddles her cats and is a professional hair stylist. Behind the curtain of Blue Crush is Jam, Hanna & Morgan, who help make this machine run! Jam is a hard working and passionate mother of two, with a degree from the Philippines. She loves trying new things and is a whiz on our social media platforms. Morgan is a local Tofitian who wears many hats, as teacher, business owner, new mamma and knitter, she can do it all! Morgan joined the Blue Crew in 2024 and helps with listings, web management and newsletters. With her partner, Morgan runs an events and catering business, check her work out @lux.fino.
